working principle
the working principle of thr wet alarm valve is to reduce or raise the openning and closing flaps of the water pressure on the side of pipe network system.In the waiting state,when the water supply pressure fluctuates slightly,the function of thr bypass balance pipe balances of the valve disc,and the upper pressure surface of the valve disc is larger than the lower pressure surface, and the valve disc will not open and false alarm will occur.
When a fire has a spray and a blast causes the water pressure on the pipe network system side to drop,the pressure difference between the water supply side and the system side will open the valve flap to the open nozzle to continuously supply water for fire suppression.
The control status of the control ball valve between the wet alarm valve alarm port and retarder must be kept fully open and locked,and the test alarm control ball valve must be closed.
When a trial alarm is required:
remove the locking device of the control ball valve between the alarm port and the retarder and close it .
at this time ,the alarm test can be performaned by opening the test alarm control ball valve.
immediately after the test,the two control ball valves were restored to their original state.
